Talk, Lectures about Macrobiotics from April 13th to 21st by Minaka Nagai who is an experienced macrobiotic practitioner in Japan and overseas.

Macrobiotics is the way of living along with nature. The closer to nature our eating habits and living way are, the more balanced our body and mind become. It is also a technique to improve our luck and make our lives go the way we want.

We hope the sharing of her macrobiotic life experience will be useful in building your healthier life.

4月13日～21日に日本から長年の実践者である永井邑なか(ながいみなか)さんを招待し、マクロビオティックの講演会とワークショップを開催します。　

マクロビオティックは、自然に沿った生活法。

食、生活が自然に沿えば沿うほどに、心身整い、健康になっていく。そして、運も良くなり、人生想い通りになる技。

邑なかさんご自身のマクロビオティック人生経験からのお話で皆様のより健康で幸せな人生にお役立て頂ければと思います。

Main lecturer Minaka Nagai

Came across Macrobiotics through her mother.

She stopped eating animal products when she was a high school student and went on a completely grain and vegetable-based diet in the year 2000 when she became pregnant with her first daughter. In 2004 and 2007, she delivered her two sons at home.

Since 2005 she has held La Cocina De Minaka, a cooking school in Japan. Also, she has been teaching overseas.

She has instructed nearly 2,000 people around the world.

She is living her joyful life to succeed next generations with the hope of achieving a peaceful world in the future. Her lectures have reputations that it is easy to understand with a broad perspective.

Her courses range from physical improvement and lifestyle methods such as cooking classes, natural treatment, baby food classes, and fasting guidance, to Japanese culture such as women's life, courses for all women and the next generations, and Yamato study groups (Katakamuna/Old Shinto).
